We provide the client a username and password through which the client can view their portfolio by logging into through our Depository Participant’s website. Also, we provide a portfolio investment report on a monthly basis; and the client can call their portfolio manager for any queries regarding their portfolio.
The contract period between the client and Aakash Capital is for a period of 3 years. The client can anytime withdraw his/her holdings. However, if the client terminates the portfolio before the end of the contract period, an exit load fee on the total value of the portfolio as on the date of termination will be applied.
Yes, the profit can be withdrawn at intervals depending upon the growth rate and at the consent of the Portfolio Manager.
The Portfolio Management Agreement (PMA) can be renewed after the maturity period of 3 years or the client can take back their assets after the closure of portfolio and payment of performance fees, if there are any.
After the maturity of the portfolio, the client can either take back their shares after the payment of necessary fees (if applicable) or can ask the Portfolio Manager to liquidate their shareholding.
As mentioned earlier, the assets will be purchased in clients’ name. However, the Portfolio Manager will remain the signatory on their behalf for the contract period. Apparently, this is done to eliminate the daily hassles of signing documents for various purposes.
Yes, portfolios can be created in the name of the family members. However, we will be creating separate bank accounts in each individual’s name.
An investor can have multiple portfolio accounts with the Portfolio Manager. However, each PMS account will be separately categorized and will have no interlink with the other account.
