Under a non-discretionary PMS, the portfolio manager manages the funds in accordance with the expressed direction of the client. With a non-discretionary account, the portfolio manager offers professional advice in connection with the client’s transaction and executes trades according to the instructions provided. This type of arrangement is best suited for investors who want to maintain greater control over their investments but still want the benefits of professional guidance.

Aakash Capital’s Custodial Service is a new portfolio management service that aims to facilitate services like applying for a right share, collecting bonus shares and cash dividends, dematerialize physical shares, and accommodating any other requested client needs. With regular analysis of the markets, the custodial service team will assist the clients to keep their portfolios updated and resolve any unfamiliar issues that custodial procedures might encounter. As this portion of the service is to manage administrative tasks, the client will have full control over their investment decisions. However, we will monitor the client’s securities, providing them with current market announcements regarding their stocks in the portfolio, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Further Public Offerings (FPOs), Auctions, and other market-related announcements.

Aakash Capital has already obtained a license from SEBON for providing DP-related services to clients. After final approval from CDS and Clearing Limited, Aakash Capital shall provide DEMAT account opening services, including the dematerialization of securities and maintaining records of securities in electronic form for clients.
